Just head into the city center and ask one of the groups of lads chilling to help you out, if this fails you can always head over to the multiple university’s or ask a homeless person to point you in the right direction as long as you give them a nice tip.

Deep Web
The second best method is to order the weed you want off the deep web a few days before you arrive. Get it sent directly to your hotel and when you arrive you can go and pick it up from the front desk, don’t be worried about the hotel finding out because the stealth provided by the darknet vendors is excellent.
